Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Mosnid platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Mosnid is a WhatsApp commerce assistant that allows merchants to automate customer replies, manage product catalogs, process orders, and generate delivery slips via WhatsApp. The service is operated by:

The service is provided as-is and is currently in a beta phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in your jurisdiction to use Mosnid. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Credits and Payment

Mosnid operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed each time the bot sends a reply on your behalf.

  • 1 credit = 1 bot reply
  • Credits are purchased as a one-time transaction with no subscription or recurring commitment
  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • Pricing is displayed on the Mosnid website and may be updated at any time; changes apply to future purchases only

6. No Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a credit pack is purchased, no refund will be issued for unused credits, regardless of the reason, except where required by applicable mandatory law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Mosnid to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content without recipient consent
  • Distribute illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Violate Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that could harm Mosnid, its infrastructure, or other users
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Mosnid platform without prior written authorization

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and technology that make up the Mosnid platform are the exclusive property of OULHACI Abderahim. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain full ownership of your business data (products, orders, customer information) stored in Mosnid.

9. Third-Party Services

Mosnid integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of these third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Service uptime or availability
  • The accuracy or reliability of bot responses
  • Compatibility with your specific use case

Use of Mosnid is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OULHACI Abderahim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Termination

By you: You may stop using Mosnid at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable law. For terminations unrelated to a violation, we will provide 30 days’ notice where reasonably possible. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Béjaïa, Algeria.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a dashboard notification. Continued use of Mosnid after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
